Steel Fitness Premier’s dynamic SOS program is designed to introduce our youth into exercise by safely implementing proper movement patterns, improving stability/flexibility/mobility, gaining strength, increasing endurance through SAQ (SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS), and also creating a better overall awareness of proper nutrition.

Each class will run for a duration of 60 minutes which will include:

  • 5-10 minutes of a dynamic warm-up
  • 10 minutes of stability/flexibility training
  • 20 minutes of strength training
  • 10 minutes of conditioning through SAQ
  • 5-10 minutes cooldown.
