Any deadlift variation. I love to zone out and lift weights. It’s just me vs. the weight… that’s my form of therapy!

Fun Fact: 

I was a competitive swimmer for 12 years! I was a college recruit and was part of the State Champion relay team for 2 years running as a freshman/sophomore.
