Founded in 2002 the Copperhead Grille is a modern take on the classic Sports Bar. The restaurant prides itself on good simple food, a friendly staff, and generous portions. The menu includes favorites such as ribs, BBQ dishes, crab cakes, sandwiches, and steaks.

Having just opened on November 12th, 2018 Tacos Y Tequila City Center is already generating positive reviews. With a location already open in Easton the Allentown location looks to be offering food of comparable quality. Their menu is Mexican fare such as fajitas, street tacos, enchiladas, burritos, vegetarian options, and other classics.
First opened in 2016 Union and Finch recently celebrated their second anniversary in August 2018. Their food is described as classic American bistro food. Their menu includes comfort foods such as pork chops, chicken and waffles, sandwiches, wings, steaks, and more unique offerings such as a vegetarian meatloaf and Mediterranean lamb.
