Classes in Studio 1:


BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated!

Booty Camp

Booty Camp is a high-intensity workout that focuses on lower core, quads, hamstrings and, most importantly, glutes! Prepare to sweat and tone!

Bosu Blast

Experience a full body workout in this class that offers a dynamic combination of cardio and balance exercises; train on the BOSU and condition your core as you use both sides of your body.


This 60-minute class encourages you to go at your own pace and challenge every muscle (especially your heart) while building endurance through timed segments. Additional props may be used including step platforms, jump ropes, light dumbbells, and more! Each week will include different fun and innovative exercises, but the focus will always be the same…TOTAL BODY CARDIO COMMOTION TO STRENGTHEN AND TONE!


Don’t let the name scare you, this class is welcoming and offers many modifications to build core strength. Expect a full body workout that focuses primarily on overall core strength.


High-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.


Be ready to challenge your body in this fast-paced class with challenging strength and cardio intervals. Every week is something different as we vary the intensity and duration of the drills- you’ll never get bored and you’ll never plateau!


The LeBarre format incorporates Balance, Agility, Resistance, working Recovery and Eloquence into a challenging full body workout that is both fun and effective.


A high-energy, martial-arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way toward your fitness goals and burn up to 740 calories in one class! Learn moves from karate, taekwondo, boxing, muay thai, capoeira, and kung fu. No prior experience needed! Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ! BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!


A 30-minute high-intensity training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to work harder and achieve results faster.


MEND is Myofascial Energetic Neuromuscular Decompression. This class focuses on deep healing and realignment of muscles, joints and nerves while increasing range of motion and eliminating chronic pain. This is a class for all levels and abilities.


Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms
drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for
letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals
to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Power Pump Intervals

A total body, heart pumping, strength conditioning workout that alternates between challenging, high-intensity exercises and short periods of rest. This is an efficient, effective way to torch calories, tone your muscles, and strengthen your heart!

Power Toning

This intense toning and shaping class is good for everyone. One hour of toning with bands, bars, tubes, and weights will firm your muscles while the continuous flow of exercises will keep your heart rate up…way up!

Senior Strength & Core

Designed for older adults and seniors. The class focus is to increase strength and bone density. Hand weights, body bars, and tubing will be used. The core component of this class will help to improve balance & posture while strengthening the abdominal and back muscles.


Melt away those unwanted pounds and body fat, tone muscle and have fun while doing it in this 30-minute class. In a unique combination of cardio, resistance and core movements of 30 seconds each ( 3 resistance moves/2 cardio moves/ 1 core move) one performs them 3X – that is equal to 1 circuit. There are 3 circuits done in addition to a warm-up, stretch, and cooldown. A quick and fun workout to be had by all!


This is similar to a traditional step class, yet there is more focus on simplifying the movements to enhance the cardio aspect of the class. The choreography will be less intricate allowing you to perform basic movements with more speed and power. Be ready for no less than 45 minutes of straight cardio endurance training using the bench!


This body conditioning class focuses on high repetitions to bring the heart rate up while toning the whole body. “Non-Choreographed” simple intense moves are taught using various pieces of equipment including gliders, bosu, step, weights and much more. Join us for this easy to follow amazing all around cardio workout guaranteed to make you SWEAT!!!


Tabata/Core is a full body workout based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) timing protocols to maximize results in minimal time. Participants will use their body weight, resistance bands, gliders, the bender ball and/or BOSU ball throughout the class. The workout focuses on quality, not quantity, and the structured timing intervals help burn more calories not only during your workout but the benefits continue even after the workout is over. Exercises are tiered so that they can meet individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.


Study Tai Chi, the ancient Chinese discipline the will integrate mind, body, and spirit. Classes provide education regarding this ancient art and offer exercises to improve balance, reduce stress, and improve “whole body” coordination. Perhaps most importantly, participants will learn how to age with independence and dignity. A nominal fee is required for this 8-week block session.


A fat-burning, ab-defining, cardio workout. A mix of kickboxing and simple dance moves set to music that gets your heart pounding. You will be looking forward to your next workout!


A Latin inspired dance fitness class! Want to shake things up a bit and add some fun into your fitness routine? Then “Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!” You’ll have a blast getting fit while dancing to the popular Latin rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and more.

Zumba Gold

A wonderful dance fitness class that takes all of the fun of a Zumba Fitness Class set to Latin and global music rhythms and specifically caters to those looking for a lower impact, joint friendly class. This class is open to anyone but is perfect for beginners, seniors, folks just starting their fitness programming, and even those recovering from injury who may not yet be ready for a full-on Zumba Fitness class.

Zumba Gold Toning

This class takes Zumba Gold to the next level by adding hand-held weights to the class! This class includes all the fun and excitement of regular Zumba Gold class but adds the extra element of focused muscle group work with lightweight resistance toning.

Classes in Studio 2

Ballet Barre

A beginning to intermediate level class of traditional ballet barre set to music from around the world. The core components of the class focus on increasing flexibility, tone, and grace in movement.


Working at the barre gives you a sense of center and balance which allows the isolation of individual muscle groups. These unique core based exercises combine barre work and weights with a continual fat burning motion. In addition to this, the workout targets strengthening and sculpting of the butt, thighs, and arms. Low impact, all levels welcome

Chair Yoga

This Yoga practice is for every Body and Mind!

Using chair as  a support and alignment tool, we may find more freedom in movement and in steadiness. Class will focus on mindful breathing, whole body work and balancing with increased awareness to achieve greater flexibility, strength and happiness!

Classic Mat Pilates

The Pilates Method is a series of floor based, corrective exercises that focus on alignment and balance of the body. Pilates will strengthen the core, abdominals, back, hips, and thighs, to improve posture as well as lengthen and strengthen the body from the inside out. Pilates will decrease back and neck pain and alleviate pain in the knees and hips; but most of all, Pilates will make the body work the way it is supposed to!

Gentle Yoga

A slower paced practice, focusing on rejuvenating and healing the body and mind. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, it uses props and modified poses to stretch and open the body while increasing lung capacity and joint mobility. The deep breathing and slow movement activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is crucial to balancing hormones, regulating digestion, and decreasing inflammation. It also increases heart rate variability, protecting the heart against disease. All levels welcome.

Intro to Ashtanga Yoga

Intro to Ashtanga is a stepping stone for those who are new to yoga but would like to progress into the full practice. This class will allow students to learn the fundamentals. You will learn the importance of breathing and movement with mindfulness. Basic postures will be taught with modifications and props.

Intro to Vinyasa Yoga

Intro to Vinyasa yoga is an entry-level class for those who are interested in learning the fundamentals of Vinyasa, or flow yoga. You will learn the importance of connecting breathing with movement and mental focus. Postures will be taught at a basic level and modifications will be suggested. Props, such as straps and blocks, can be used.

Men’s Yoga

All levels welcome, but we will be focusing on foundational basics to start in a comfortable environment.

This class will focus on safe practices to build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. Men often struggle with tightness–particularly in the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders–that can lead to injury or weakness. We’ll target these tight areas so that you can move with greater strength and ease!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Links movement with the breath in order to create a Vinyasa Flow. This technique cultivates strength, flexibility, focus, and balance while simultaneously calming the nervous system. Classes are challenging and fun. All levels welcome!

Vinyasa Fusion

Vinyasa yoga practice combined with cardio bursts, power yoga, tribal dance, and poly metrics! Release your energy while laughing and having fun. All levels welcome!

Pilates Sculpt

A full body workout that focuses on postural alignment while strengthening and conditioning the core and creating long, lean muscles. The class incorporates standing balance and strength work along with traditional mat work (planks, bridge work etc) to target the thighs, glutes, arm and abs. The class uses light weights, ball, Pilates ring and gliding discs and resistance bands to deliver a fun experience!

PiYo Live by Beach Body

PiYo Live is a hybrid, athletic workout by the creator of TurboKick. It combines the core firming benefits of Pilates with the flexibility advantages of yoga while incorporating the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. PiYo is for anyone who wants a workout that will help them work on flexibility, cardio and strength at the same time. The workout delivers a true fat burning experience that leaves your body looking long, lean and defined. Equipment required: yoga mat and shoes are optional.

POP Pilates

POP Pilates is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to awesome current hits. This intense, mat based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you have never seen before, the emphasis of moving to the beat of music makes each class feel like a ‘dance on the mat’!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga with its roots originating from Vinyasa or flow-style yoga. Power Yoga considered “gym yoga” with emphasis on strength and flexibility. Standing poses are the focus of class, engaging the large muscles in the legs to get the heart rate up and strength is gained using your entire body weight.


Exercise on the reformer addresses the body as a whole correcting imbalance through a series of controlled, low impact movements. All assure a safe workout for all fitness levels. Pre-registration and payment are required for this class.

Rocket Vinyasa Yoga

Rocket Vinyasa maintains a structure of Ashtanga yoga while giving students room to play! Originally. created by Larry Schultz for The Grateful Dead while on tour, Rocket Vinyasa is dynamic yet grounding. Together we explore Rocket Series I and II. Rocket builds strength and flexibility while giving students the courage to explore new postures, arm balances, and inversions at their own pace. Modifications are taught and encouraged! Rocket is truly accessible to ALL BODIES AND MOBILITIES! 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses calming static holds to target the deeper muscles. Yin is excellent for all levels especially beginners. Yin yoga has many benefits including increased flexibility, calming of the nerves, and better sleep! 

Yoga Fundamentals I

This yoga class is designed for all experience level, emphasis on the breath and body alignment. Class will flow through stretches and classic yoga poses with practitioners in mind.

Yoga Fundamentals II

This yoga class is designed for Intermediate to advanced level, emphasis on the breath and body alignment. Class will flow through stretches and classic yoga poses.

Classes in Studio 3

Cycle Classes:


This class mimics different training variables used in competitive cycling, however no previous experience is necessary. Classes are usually 45-minutes to 1 hour depending on that workout for the day. Workouts include varying hill resistance, jumps/sprints, tempo, and occasional fixed gear efforts. This is a great option for those who love to ride/race outdoors and those looking to improve cardiovascular, strength, and power demands.

EZ Rider

This 60-minute cycle class is geared to all ages and fitness abilities. The music is at a more comfortable level, lights are on and there’s more focus on form, while developing strength and endurance.

HIIT Cycle

This is an hour-long class pairing fun, energetic music with high-intensity, low-impact exercise. The class consists of powerful bursts of speed/resistance drills and brief recovery periods to give you a calorie-burning, endurance-building workout.


The goal of an endurance cycle training session is to maintain RPE or heart rate zone for an extended period of time. This type of aerobic building ride trains the body to be more efficient a metabolizing fat and to maintain a comfortable pace for extended periods of time.

Cycle and More

Cycle and more incorporates high energy intervals along with slow-burning climbs. With sequences involving light hand weights, pushups and isolated core work.

Senior Cycle

This 45-minute class is geared toward Seniors and beginners. The music is at a comfortable level, lights are on and we are focused on developing strength and endurance.

Aqua Classes

 Aqua Adagio

Coming Spring 2018. Aqua Adagio is a classically inspired movement class focusing on aligning the body and strengthening connective tissues through gentle ballet and therapeutic movement techniques.

Aqua Arthritis

This gentle aquatics class will help minimize symptoms related to rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. Conducted in the warm water therapy pool, joints will move with minimal restriction and increase the range of motion. Participants are encouraged to attend 3 classes per week.


A well balanced total body workout for beginners through aquatic exercising using variations fitting all levels of fitness. This class includes a warm-up, cardiovascular workout, abdominal, strength and flexibility work. Various types of equipment are used to enhance your workout.


This Aqua class is practiced in the warm water therapy pool. It combines Pilates, Yoga and Thi Chi.
