Steel Fit A Thon 5 Hour Spin Event
Sunday March 6, join us for our wonderful spinning event!
Steel Fitness Premier will be holding a 5 hour spin event on Sunday, March 6th, 2016 from 9:00am-2:00pm. This event will raise money with all proceeds benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of Griffin King, a local 2 year old with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Register today at www.steelfitathon.org! Join a team, create a team, or join as an individual. Up to 12 riders per team, and heats will last 15 minutes each.
Prizes will be awarded for most miles achieved and most funds raised! So come out and join us for this great cause!

Steel Fitness Indoor Triathlon/Biathlon Series
Swim. Bike. Run. Give it a Tri! Challenge your Athleticism!
Join us for our Second Annual Steel Fitness Indoor Triathlon/Biathlon series. We are holding 5 indoor triathlons at our Steel Fitness Premier facility. You can do the races individually or as a team. Our model is designed to introduce the sport of triathlon to newcomers and provide a challenging training tool for veteran triathletes.
Event Details and Schedule:
FORMAT WHEN: Saturday on the following dates:
10 minutes-Swim (25 meters) December 12th
30 minutes Bike(spin bike) January 9th
20 minute run (treadmill) February 6th
There will be multiple heats run throughout the afternoon, starting at 11:00am. Heats will begin every 40 minutes and will have up to 6 participants on a first come, first serve basis. We will email you your approximate start time. Staff and volunteers will be stationed at the pool, by the bikes and by the treadmills to keep track of each individuals distance covered for each sport. We will record the total distance covered during your swim, bike and run. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
COST per EVENT
$25 per event for STEEL FITNESS MEMBERS
$35 per event for non-members
$50 per team for members
$80 per team for non-members

Lifeguarding, CPR and AED Courses at Steel Fitness Premier
Steel Fitness Premier is proud to announce the following Red Cross Course schedule; any questions should be directed to Mike Seip at firstname.lastname@example.org. The courses are available to both SFP members and non-members. The sessions will check-in at the SFP Front Desk. The front desk will direct you to the location of the session. Pre-registration is required, if you are interested in joining you can click here to download our registration form and drop off with payment at the gym or mail to the address listed.
